Today was all about pure fun.
No drills, no schedules, no whistles, just sunscreen, swimsuits, and smiles. We traded cleats for water shoes and headed off to Funtown Splashtown USA, one of our campers’ favorite off-site adventures!
From epic water slides and wave pools to roller coasters and bumper cars, the energy was non-stop. Whether they were conquering thrill rides or chilling with Dippin’ Dots in hand, every camper found their happy place.
It wasn’t just a break from the field or the ice. It was a chance to laugh loud, try something new, and bond with friends outside of the usual routine. Counselors were right in the action too, racing down slides and getting soaked like pros.
The ride home was quiet, sun-kissed faces, and tired, happy kids. That kind of tired that only comes from a day lived fully. Sometimes, it’s the moments off the court that make the strongest memories. And today? We made a bunch of them.
