It was a fun and well-balanced weekend at BSC, giving campers the chance to compete, relax, and enjoy some of our favorite camp traditions.
On Saturday, campers eased into the weekend with a little extra rest before heading to their Majors. The day featured an exciting intercamp handball game, in which BSC came away with the win, along with a competitive soccer match that was full of excitement from start to finish. At the waterfront, campers enjoyed building sandcastles and soaking up the sunshine.
Sunday was our Lazy Bones Sunday, giving everyone another chance to recharge after a busy week. Campers enjoyed Dunkin’ Donuts in the morning before spending time catching up with their families. Later in the day, each division had its own adventure. Our Pros cooled off with a giant Slip ‘N Slide, while the Rookies hiked Hawk Mountain, taking in some incredible views of the Maine landscape. The evening wrapped up with a magic show that had campers laughing, cheering, and wondering, “How did he do that?”
Now we’re back and ready for the final week of Session One. It’s hard to believe how quickly the summer is flying by, and we’re excited to make the most of every day ahead.
