Today was our first full day following the regular camp schedule, and the energy was high from the start!
After breakfast, campers headed to their Majors, and one of the morning’s biggest highlights was seeing the hockey rink come to life. Hockey is one of our most popular sports at BSC, and the excitement on the ice made it easy to see why. Across camp, the soccer, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse fields were just as busy as campers met with their coaches, worked on new skills, and enjoyed their first full day of practice.
In the afternoon, campers switched gears for Minors, where they had the chance to try activities like golf, flag football, and tennis. One of the best things about camp is seeing everyone stay active while discovering new interests along the way.
After dinner, campers took part in their first BSL games, filling the fields with friendly competition, teamwork, and lots of laughs. Later, everyone gathered for our first campfire of the summer, where younger campers heard stories and advice from returning campers about what makes the BSC community so special. We ended the night the best way possible, with s’mores around the fire!
